Berringa's 100% Australian Manuka Honey is medium-strength, antibacterial manuka honey with a Methylglyoxal (MGO) reading of 220+. It contains natural enzymes and antioxidants and can be eaten straight from the jar. It is perfect as an additive for foods and drinks or it can be taken by itself. A prebiotic effect that helps to maintain a healthy digestive system and may assist in promoting beneficial bacteria. Providing symptomatic relief of minor wounds, burns, eczema, psoriasis on the skin and cold sores.

Berringa Honey is an organic bioactive honey containing anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties. The Berringa Honey range is certified organic, conforming to BFA/ACO standards, which are worlds best practice. We choose to use Methylglyoxal (MGO) readings as research has found that other testing methods have become unreliable, and MGO is said to be a more accurate form of testing manuka honeys antibacterial and antimicrobial activity. We only use NATA laboratories for all of our testing and research. NATA accredited laboratories are globally accepted and recognised for their independent assurance of technical competence through best practice.

Manuka honey can be used in various ways, including:
