INDICATIONS FOR USE

- Shatavari is a traditional Ayurvedic digestive anti-spasmodic herb that may help relieve the symptoms of non-specific dyspepsia.
DOSAGE Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
